Migrant labourers creating nuisance in Suncity Apartment

Migrant workers who have erected their huts in a patch of land close to Suncity Apartment are creating nuisance to residents of apartments by using facilities of the apartments and trespassing. Some of the immigrants say that they are from Bangladesh, but land owner says they are from Delhi and they are scrap collectors. According source, these pople enter apartment asking for jobs and their children are using facilities of the apartments.

“This is really a problem for us. Our kids stay alone at home and if this continues, then it will lead to some serious consequences,” said a member of SAOA.  “This is getting worse as we see those kids creating nuisance in the apartments. Saraswati Puja Celebrated At Suncity Apartments

Residents of Suncity Apartments celebrated Saraswati Puja on the occasions of Basant Panchami on Wednesday. It is believed that of Goddess Saraswati was born on this day. Saraswati Puja started at 12:45pm followed by pushpanjali and shlokas by the priests. Cultural events were also conducted in evening where residents of Suncity apartment actively participated in this cultural fest. Men and Women of all ages participated in cultural fest organized in the evening.

Suncity Apartment is located on Outer Ring Road and Sarjapur Road Junction, Bangalore.Hindus all over India celebrated Saraswati puja on occasion of Basant Panchami on wednesday. Saraswati Puja is observed on the fifth day after the no moon night in the Hindu month of Magh. On this day it is considered as one of the most auspicious days in the year for initiation of children into learning.A large number of children between age of 2 and 5 years are initiated into learning. The Saraswati Puja is organized by residents of Suncity apartment in association with Bengali association “Sorrba”. Intiation of Children is also traditionally called “Hathkhadi”.

After Saraswati Puja, “prasad” were distributed to all residents of suncity apartment. After Puja there were programs for children and other cultural events for Men and women of all age. On this occassion, Raza Police Inspector of HSR witnessed programs and gave valuable tips on personal safety measures for all residents of Suncity apartment.
